Skedulo will be unavailable in our EMEA region for up to two hours on the evening of Sunday 15 November while we carry out essential platform maintenance.
WHEN
Sunday 15 November, 22:00–00:00 UTC
Timezone Time
GMT 10:00pm Sunday – 12:00am Monday
CET 11:00pm Monday – 1:00am MondayWhat to expect
This affects all Skedulo services, including the web app, mobile app, APIs, integrations, scheduled jobs, and analytics. Work already saved in the Skedulo Plus mobile app stays on the device and syncs once the window closes. See our FAQ for more detail
Before the window
Have field teams sync their devices so scheduled work is available offline. Consider pausing integrations to limit errors from being returned during the planned outage window. In the unlikely event the mobile app does not reconnect automatically, closing and reopening it will resume syncing.
Follow live updates
Real-time status is posted on the Skedulo status page throughout the maintenance window.
If you're still seeing issues once the window closes, raise a ticket via the Skedulo Support Portal. For any questions beforehand, contact your CSM or the Customer Success Team at success@skedulo.com.
